Kylian Mbappe: ‘For many people, apart from Barcelona fans, Real Madrid biggest club in world’

Kylian Mbappe has spoken glowingly about his experience at Real Madrid in an interview with fantasy football platform Sorare, declaring his desire to cement his legacy at the club.
“For many people, apart from Barcelona fans, it is the biggest club in the world. It breaks your heart,” he said. “It is the club that represents and characterises greatness. Barcelona has impacted the history of football one way or another, but Real Madrid is the most popular club worldwide.”
The French captain was clear about his motivations. “I want to make history at Real Madrid, because if you make history at the biggest club in the world, you have your place in the history of football,” he stated.
Mbappe also reflected on his best moment in a Madrid shirt, pointing to his hat-trick against Manchester City. “That was like going at 100. It was the Champions League, a knockout game – I scored a treble at the Bernabeu.”
