Music has a way of touching us on a very personal level. At times, we may even have favorites and it would be our dream to be able to be with them on a personal level. Ed Sheeran experienced it.

When Ed Sheeran stood up on the stage to sing a song, it was more than just an everyday, average performance. For him, as it would be for many people, it was a dream because he was on the stage in front of some of the most iconic singers of our time.

Ed was on stage with his guitar and he delivered an acoustic rendition of ‘In My Life’. That Beatles classic has entertained us for many years, but he was doing it for a special reason.

You see, it wasn’t just a regular audience that he was entertaining that evening, it was a tribute to the Beatles, and Paul McCartney, along with Ringo Starr, were actually sitting in the audience and watching the performance.

We can only imagine how much pressure he must’ve been feeling as he stood in front of some of the most iconic musicians of our generation. It may have been a nervous moment but he pulled it off flawlessly and delivered a cool, calm rendition of that Beatles song.

This is one of those songs that you have to really hear to appreciate. You can also see that Ringo and Paul appreciated it as well.
