Machine Gun Kelly is desperate to win Megan Fox back after they welcomed their daughter into the world, a source exclusively tells In Touch.

However, the new mom, 38, is too scarred by their past dramas to give the musician, 34, another chance right now. “Megan would love it if they could be a little family,” says the insider. “But until MGK can prove to her, without a doubt, that he can be [the] kind of partner [she needs], she’s keeping up a huge wall.”

To knock it down, “MGK will need to consistently work on himself to [show] that he can be trusted,” the source explains. “So far, he’s taking steps in the right direction, but only time will tell if MGK’s really going to be able to make the changes [stick].”

MGK — real name Colson Baker — showed the world how overjoyed he was at his daughter’s arrival by sharing the news with fans hours after Megan gave birth on March 27.

“She’s finally here!! Our little celestial seed,” the “Emo Girl” artist captioned a black and white Instagram video of him caressing his newborn girl’s hand against his chest. He revealed that their daughter’s birth occurred earlier the same day.

MGK went on to make a rare comment about Megan when clearing up confusion over their daughter’s name four days later.

“Wait, guys … her name isn’t ‘Celestial Seed,’” the “Bloody Valentine” singer wrote over a screenshot of a TikTok announcing the baby’s birth with the caption, “Megan Fox has welcomed baby girl Celestial Seed.”

MGK continued, “Her mom is gonna tell you the name when we’re ready.”

Megan and MGK met and fell in love in 2020 while filming the crime thriller Midnight in the Switchgrass. They announced their engagement in January 2022.

The duo broke up in December 2024 after an on-and-off four-year romance. The split news came less than a month after the Jennifer’s Body star revealed her pregnancy.

Megan and MGK reportedly split after spending the Thanksgiving weekend of 2024 together in Vail, Colorado. TMZ reported on December 10, 2024, that Megan allegedly found “upsetting” material on MGK’s phone during their trip and pulled the plug on their relationship.

So far, the Transformers star hasn’t made any public comments since giving birth. Megan’s only Instagram post remains her pregnancy announcement from November 11, 2024. She wiped her account of all other content at the time to let the big news shine.

The Tennessee native shared a photo of herself covered in a black, inky substance while cradling her baby bump. A second snapshot showed a positive pregnancy test.

“Nothing is ever really lost. Welcome back,” Megan wrote in the caption, seemingly referring to a previous pregnancy loss she suffered with MGK.

“I’ve never been through anything like that in my life. I have three kids, so it was very difficult for both of us and it sent us on a very wild journey together and separately … trying to navigate, ‘What does this mean?’ and ‘Why did this happen?’” Megan revealed on Good Morning America in November 2023 about the heartbreak of her miscarriage.

The New Girl alum is also a mom to sons Noah, 12, Bodhi, 11, and Journey, 8, whom she shares with ex-husband Brian Austin Green. As for MGK, he also has a 15-year-old daughter, Casie Colson Baker, from a past relationship.
