Much like Benzema, Lyna Khoudri has Algerian roots — in fact, she was born in Algeria before moving to France.
At 18, she became a French citizen and soon dove into acting, studying at a top theatre conservatory before trading the stage for the screen.
Her breakout came fast: she won Best Actress at the Venice Film Festival in 2017, then landed major roles in The French Dispatch — starring alongside Hollywood A-lister Timothee Chalamet — and in France’s hit Three Musketeers films, where she played Constance Bonacieux.
