Find out when Mariska Hargitay will guest star on Law & Order: Organized Crime Season 5, and get a first look of her onscreen again with Christopher Meloni.
The long-awaited reunion between two of the NYPD’s toughest crime-fighters is almost here — but there’s some cause for alarm.
Mariska Hargitay will make a guest star appearance as Olivia Benson on Law & Order: Organized Crime, and new images and a teaser trailer paint a harrowing picture.
While Benson will back in the same room as her former partner, Det. Elliot Stabler (Christopher Meloni), the reunion is anything but ideal.
The gripping trailer shows Sgt. Ayanna Bell (Danielle Moné Truitt) telling Stabler she needs him to go undercover. Viewers see multiple people aiming guns, including Stabler, and then the detective in the driver’s seat of a vehicle as a truck crashes into it, flipping his car over.
Stabler’s then seen battered and bruised while being rolled on a gurney as medics shine a light into his face, looking for signs of life.
And that’s all before Benson even makes an appearance. Read on to find out more about the reunion and how to watch it.
What happens to Stabler and Benson in Law & Order: Organized Crime Season 5?
As Stabler lies in a hospital bed, seemingly unconscious, after his vehicle was rammed into by a truck, he gets a very special bedside visitor. Benson is seen standing over the detective, who has tubes in his nose and bruises on his forehead, calling “Elliot.”
When will the Stabler/Benson reunion air on Law & Order: Organized Crime?
The pairing up of the former partners will take place in Episode 2 of Season 5 of the series, That second episode will drop on Peacock on Thursday, April 17, the same time as the premiere episode.
