Epstein case: Elon Musk, after his very public feud with the US President Donald Trump, has jumped into the ongoing Epstein row. He has responded to various posts on the Epstein case on his social media platform X (formerly Twitter), and said that Trump should “release the Epstein files as promised”.

“Seriously. He said ‘Epstein’ half a dozen times while telling everyone to stop talking about Epstein. Just release the files as promised,” Musk said in a reply to a post on X. The post he responded to has a screenshot of Trump’s post on Epstein files, which the US President claimed were created by Obama, “crooked Hillary”, and the “losers and criminals” of Biden officials.


 

‘Thousand of kids were abused…’

In another comment, he said, “This is a very big deal.”

 

“What the hell kind of system are we living in if thousands of kids were abused, the government has videos of the abusers and yet none of the abusers are even facing charges!?” he further asked.

 


 

Trump’s Truth Social Post on Epstein

Trump, in his very long Truth Social post, dismissed Epstein files and urged people working in his administration, including Kash Patel, to not “waste time and energy” on the “guy who never dies”.

“What’s going on with my ‘boys’ and, in some cases, ‘gals?’ They’re all going after Attorney General Pam Bondi, who is doing a fantastic job! We’re on one Team, MAGA, and I don’t like what’s happening,” he wrote on Truth Social.

He further wrote, “Why are we giving publicity to files written by Obama, Crooked Hillary, Comey, Brennan, and the losers and criminals of the Biden Administration, who conned the world with the Russia, Russia, Russia Hoax, 51 ‘Intelligence’ agents, ‘The laptop from hell’ and more? They created the Epstein Files, just like they created the fake Hillary Clinton/Christopher Steele Dossier that they used on me, and now my so-called ‘friends’ are playing right into their hands,” before asking, “Why didn’t these Radical Left Lunatics release the Epstein Files? If there was anything in there that could have hurt the MAGA Movement, why didn’t they use it?

He added that it doesn’t matter how much his “perfect administration” has achieved in six months, securing the border, deporting criminals and fixing the economy, it is “never enough for some people”.

“Kash Patel, and the FBI, must be focused on investigating Voter Fraud, Political Corruption, ActBlue, The Rigged and Stolen Election of 2020, and arresting Thugs and Criminals, instead of spending month after month looking at nothing but the same old, radical left-inspired documents on Jeffrey Epstein. Let Pam Bondi do her job — she’s great!” he went on to say.

Trump also claimed that the 2020 election was “rigged and stolen” and that the same was about to happen in 2024. This, he said, Pam Bondi is currently investigating.

“One year ago, our country was dead; now it’s the hottest country anywhere in the world. Let’s keep it that way, and not waste time and energy on Jeffrey Epstein, somebody that nobody cares about,” he further wrote, before concluding his post with the standard “Thank you for your attention to this matter!” line.

On Monday, the DOJ and FBI jointly issued a two-page statement and denied the existence of a “client list” related to individuals to whom Jeffrey Epstein trafficked underage girls. They also concluded that there was no credible evidence suggesting that Epstein had blackmailed prominent figures as part of his criminal activities.

The Trump administration even released a video from Epstein’s prison cell to settle the long-running rumours once and for all that he didn’t die by suicide. However, the missing minute in the video raises concerns about whether he actually died by suicide.
