American businessman Elon Musk announced the Tesla Tiny House project, which will start next year. It will be possible to buy a house with an area of 76 m2 for 7789 dollars (about 620 thousand rubles).
This is a modular housing that is delivered ready-made and installed without long-term construction.

The houses are equipped with innovative Tesla solar panels, intelligent microclimate management, as well as an integrated Powerwall energy storage system, which allows them to function completely at the expense of renewable sources.
