Nicki Nicole has addressed infidelity speculation surrounding her recent split from the 18-year-old football prodigy and Barcelona star Lamine Yamal.

The singer’s statement comes after Yamal reportedly confirmed last weekend that the pair had ended their relationship, which lasted for 67 days.

Speaking in an interview with journalist Jordi Martín, Nicole addressed the rampant speculation surrounding the split.

“I want to confirm that Lamine and I are no longer together,” Nicole said, as quoted by Tribuna. “We haven’t seen each other since I left Barcelona. We weren’t going to make it public, but this situation has forced us to. I can confirm that there was no infidelity. If I were a victim of that, I would say it publicly as I have before.”

Despite Nicole’s firm denial, reports from Argentine media have sparked speculations, alleging that the reason for the breakup may have been mutual infidelity.

Local talk show LAM claimed Nicole was linked to Mernuel, a famous Argentine streamer. A source reportedly told the show, “My friend saw Nicki leaving with Mernuel. They were together all night and left together.”

Screenshots of alleged messages between Nicole and Mernuel have also circulated on social media.

At the same time, TV program “Ángel de Brito” alleged that Yamal was also unfaithful, claiming he was linked to model Anna Gegnoso. The report suggested Gegnoso and Yamal used to have a fling before the football star began dating Nicole.

The public speculation regarding Yamal’s private life has drawn criticism for the 18-year-old football talent in recent months, followed by injuries and losing form.

Reports from Spain recently claimed that Yamal was suffering from a chronic groin condition known as pubalgia, which is highly difficult to cure and could affect his career as a footballer.
