Taylor Swift finally breaks silence and posted on social media for the first time in 100 days
The high-profile couple has kept an unusually low profile on social media in the weeks since the Super Bowl.
Kelce has yet to post on any of his platforms, and Swift had maintained a prolonged silence on her own social channels—until now.
On Saturday, Swift ended her 65-day Instagram Stories hiatus to show support for close friend Selena Gomez’s latest musical collaboration with her boyfriend, producer Benny Blanco.
Although Swift didn’t make a formal feed post, she shared an Instagram Story with a direct link to the new album, expressing her excitement in all caps:
“I LOVE THIS ALBUM SO MUCH OH MY GODDDDDDDDDDDDD.”
Swift’s appearance on social media was notable, not only because it was her first post in over two months, but also because she hasn’t shared anything on her main Instagram feed in over 100 days.
Her break appears to have been intentional, giving herself time to recharge after the demands of her global Eras Tour and the emotional toll of supporting Kelce through a disappointing end to the NFL season.
Despite the digital silence, Swift has not been absent from the public eye. She’s continued to make appearances at events and support loved ones, showing that her break from social media is less about withdrawal and more about preserving energy during a challenging period.
