Hansi Flick‘s Barcelona had gone 2-0 up away from home, levelling the tie within 25 minutes.

Yamal capitalised on a defensive error to score early on before Ferran Torres doubled the lead with a brilliant finish.

But Ademola Lookman put Atletico ahead on aggregate again after a swift counter attack.

The game was played at a frantic pace as both La Liga sides went hell-for-leather.

Lopez remained part of the Barca attack as they chased a third in the first half.
