BARCELONA attacker Fermin Lopez was left with blood streaming from his face after a collision with the boot of Atletico Madrid goalkeeper Juan Musso.

The forward headed the ball on target but then went straight into Musso’s studs and collapsed on the floor.

Blood was then pouring off his face on the pitch as Barca physios tried to stem to flow.

He used his shirt to stop it from dripping out onto the grass.

They crowded around to see what had happened to Lopez.

He was patched up and able to continue despite the heavy impact.

Hansi Flick‘s Barcelona had gone 2-0 up away from home, levelling the tie within 25 minutes.
