For more than 25 years, Eminem has been an undeniable force in hip-hop — breaking records, shattering barriers, and rewriting the rules. But now, something beautiful (and a little hilarious) is happening: the legends he grew up admiring, battling, and even beefing with, are showing up to give him his flowers — and, in true hip-hop fashion, a few playful jabs too. Because in this culture, respect comes with jokes. And love often sounds like a roast.

From playful jabs to serious praise, Eminem’s peers have had a lot to say about him online lately.

Eminem might not be the one posting, but his name is all over the timeline this week — and it is coming from some of hip hop’s heaviest hitters.

It started light, with Ice-T sharing a throwback photo with Em and writing:
“Who knows this guy?? I think he may have a future in Hip Hop. He’s really good…. 👑 @Eminem 👑”

Paul Rosenberg joined the bit with a deadpan “He’s aiight”, but it was KXNG Crooked who dropped the best punchline:
“I think you should sign him”.

The mood shifted when the other day Kanye West entered the heated rap discussion to declare Eminem’s dominance, posting in all caps:
“J COLE AND KENDRICK CAN’T TOUCH THE WHITE BOY”.

And finally, Russ added to the lovefest by posting Em’s 2009 track “Careful What You Wish For” from “Relapse” with a simple one-word review: “Classic”.

Some fans are calling it random, others are wondering what sparked the sudden wave, but one way or another, Slim’s name is firmly in the conversation.
