“Eminem’s daughter just dropped one line… and it hit harder than the entire Beckham drama.” With the Beckham family feud blowing up online, Hailie Jade — Eminem’s daughter — weighed in on her podcast and quietly touched the one label social media loves to weaponise: the “toxic boy mum” narrative. She didn’t fully pick a side. She didn’t declare anyone guilty. But the way Hailie said she can “see both sides” — then admitted she hopes she never ends up in that category — felt like a warning about how quickly the internet turns a family story into a one-note villain plot.

Eminem’s daughter Hailie Jade hopes she doesn’t receive the same “toxic” boy mum label as Victoria Beckham.
The eldest son of David and Victoria Beckham turned to Instagram on Monday, 19 January, to expose the “truth” about his parents and their long-running family rift. In his Story, he made claims about his parents’ “disrespectful” behaviour towards his wife, Nicola Peltz, and their spreading of “countless lies in the media.”
With the Beckham family’s seemingly flawless reputation now beginning to unravel, the 30 year old influencer has expressed concern about her own family’s prospects. On the most recent instalment of her podcast Just a Little Shady, Hailie examined the controversy and shared her perspective on the “boy mum rhetoric.”

She started, “I don’t know. I kind of can see both sides in this, but I think people just really do believe that boy mums are toxic.” The influencer acknowledged she could grasp why many assume Posh Spice maintained a “negative” dynamic with her son given her history of “public scrutiny.”, reports the Mirror US.
She explained, “Like, this has been going on a long time. Literally our entire lives. So people already have this perception of her and then being like, ‘Well she’s insecure and she’s this and she’s that’ and then being like, ‘Oh, well it fits that mold of putting that on to her sons and wanting her sons to be that.’”.
Whilst recognising the public’s viewpoint, she suggested there might be merit in considering how the other Beckham siblings have opted to support their parents. “Her other two sons [Romeo and Cruz], though, have been supportive of her in the situation,” Hailie said.

“So then people are like, ‘Okay, if there’s five people who are saying like, “No, this is the truth,” and one that’s not, maybe there is something going on.’ I don’t know. I guess we’ll find out.”
Despite this, Hailie is staying impartial, concentrating on how the drama impacts her own family life. “I have no say, I hope I don’t fall into that [toxic boy mum] category,” she remarked.
Hailie and her husband Evan McClintock became parents for the first time in March 2025, welcoming baby boy Elliot Marshall McClintock. In his explosive Instagram post, Brooklyn accused his parents of having “controlled narratives in the press about our family.”
Among the relationships they’ve allegedly attempted to manipulate is the bond the 26 year old shares with his wife, Nicola Peltz Beckham.
“My parents have been trying endlessly to ruin my relationship since before my wedding, and it hasn’t stopped,” he stated, before detailing how the former Spice Girl supposedly interfered with their nuptials.
Speculation about a rift between Brooklyn and his parents initially surfaced around April 2022, following his marriage to Nicola. Since their wedding, the couple have made Los Angeles their home, putting thousands of miles between them and his parents, who are mainly based in London.
He made clear he has no intention of making peace, declaring, “I do not want to reconcile with my family. I’m not being controlled, I’m standing up for myself for the first time in my life.”
